We have officially rolled out our Advanced Technical Support!
We’re happy to offer two separate, paid tiers of expert-level technical support from our US-based technical support team, including veteran diesel mechanics, master-certified technicians, and the full backing and resources of our engineering team and experts at our European headquarters.
We designed the ATS program with our customers in mind, first and foremost. After listening to feedback and considering the best way to help our customers and balance out our labor costs in providing such high-level, valuable technical expertise, we have officially launched our very popular ATS program here in the United States as well.
You can think of us as an extra “right-hand man” or a personal “technical consultant” for any issues or assistance you may require that isn’t found in our self-help knowledge base or just if you’d like a friendly voice on the phone or remotely logged in with you so you can clear the codes or whatever issue you’re having in the easiest, quickest, and most stress-free manner.
In terms of pricing, our Level I technical support service costs $300 per year, or just $30 a month on a month-to-month basis, with no contracts or fine print or obligations, or strings attached. You can pay monthly for as long as you would benefit from the Level I technical services. If, at any point in the future, you don’t feel you need to pay the 30 dollars for Tier I support, you don’t have to, but we want to make sure you know we’re here if you need us.
Advanced Technical Support Level I includes such things as:
- Assistance connecting to the vehicle, or to specific systems.
- Guidance locating actions in Jaltest such as Calibrations or Regens.
- Guidance locating technical information in Jaltest.
