What is Jaltest ATS Level II?

We’re happy to offer two separate, paid tiers of expert-level technical support from our US-based technical support team, including veteran diesel mechanics, master-certified technicians, and the full backing and resources of our engineering team and experts at our European headquarters.

 

We designed the ATS program with our customers in mind, first and foremost. After listening to feedback and considering the best way to help our customers and balance out our labor costs in providing such high-level, valuable technical expertise, we have officially launched our very popular ATS program here in the United States as well.

 

You can think of us as an extra “right-hand man” or a personal “technical consultant” for any issues or assistance you may require that isn’t found in our self-help knowledge base or just if you’d like a friendly voice on the phone or remotely logged in with you so you can clear the codes or whatever issue you’re having in the easiest, quickest, and most stress-free manner.

 

For our most advanced level of technical support, our Tier II support services, this would be $995 for the entire year or you can pay $100 month to month if you feel like you would benefit from this, even higher level of technical expertise.

 

Advanced Technical Support Level II includes such things as:

 

  1. Help running the actions by having the ATS technician on the line
  2. Interpretation of technical information for the user
  3. Access technical information not yet available in Jaltest.
  4. Access to 2 tickets for Jaltest Central Services (Cummins Calibration Revision, International Body Controller Update, Paccar Parameter changes).
