The error 021 occurs when the licence of the device is expired.
Please, contact our customer support team at customersupport@jaltest.com or follow these indications:
- Close the Jaltest program.
- Run the ‘Licenses Manager.exe’ program (From Start menu/All programs/Jaltest).
- Press the ‘Activate the License’ button (Internet access required).
- Once the license is activated, open the Jaltest program again and try to display the technical information.
