Error P001, P002, P003

It is not possible to access the data.

The errors P001, P002, P003 that refer to the Internet usually occur because there is no Internet connection in the PC where Jaltest is installed, or because of problems with the web service. We will check the service to guarantee its proper operation.

 

 

Please, check the additional information provided by clicking on the question mark icon on the error message as shown in the picture. 

 

Verify your Internet connection and try again later. If the problem persists, we kindly ask you to request assistance through the Smart Assistance button located at the top of the Jaltest software in the Additional modules menu.
